The Hotel Villa Rosy has an old tradition that embraces the whole history of Premeno. Originally Villa Rosy was an old residence of a noble woman of absolute nineteenth-century style, whose name has remained to remember the pomps of the nice old times when Premeno was reachable by coach and later with a rack train.

Welcome to a long tradition

Since covering the firsts steps of the antique stair leading to the hotel,
you can sense that the atmosphere will be warm and familiar.
The flowerbeds looked after with the typical flowers of the Maggiore Lake
introduce you to the terrace in front of the entrance, where armchairs
and tables invite to a pleasant halt.
From the intimate, homey hall, the old stony stair rises, surrounded by
a wrought-iron balustrade: an athletic alternative to the two comfortable,
modern lifts the hotel is provided with.
The rooms are wide and homey, all provided with direct telephone
television and bathroom.
From the balconies made of “serizzo” (a special kind of marble) you can
enjoy the magnificent view that embraces the whole Maggiore Lake.
On the ground floor, beside the bar provided of an intimate and sunny
veranda, there is the beautiful dining room, bright and sumptuous
where you can taste an excellent home-made cuisine and very good wines.
On the inferior floor there is a tavern, where you can spend pleasant evenings
in a warm, homey atmosphere: playing, singing and enjoying a movie on the apposite big screen.
